INTRODUCTING TY ROTHERAM

I am a hardworking 23-year old Games Designer who strives relentlessly on my to improve myself. My core competencies lie within Unreal Engine, where I apply my knowledge on general, combat, systems, and tech design.

I started off at The Studio Liverpool Sixth Form where I learned to program games in Unity. I finished Sixth Form early to pursue a job as a QA Tester at PlayStation during which I was nominated in the YGD BAFTA Competition with my Concept “Conundrum”.

Since then, I've been able to judge YGD BAFTA, and the Develop:Star Awards, and been on panels at Develop:Brighton, Yorkshire Games Fest, and BAFTA.

Currently I work full-time as a Game Designer for Surgent Studios where I worked on Tales of Kenzera: Zau. My biggest achievement was spearheading the design of the bosses, as well as the Moon Mask Combat!
