This week I took charge of creating the presentation. In preparation, I set a milestone for the first playable demo of the game to be completed, including Main Menu UI, HUD UI, Basic Zombie AI, and shooting. I ensured we also had production-ready assets and game logos to show off. The majority of my time was spent giving feedback, solving bugs and preparing the presentation.

I prefaced the presentation by including information about the things we had cut from the game, such as my dismemberment system, the amount of levels, and the amount of enemies. The presentation contained a cohesive theme which linked directly to our game. After presenting, we ended up just about losing to the final team who’s game had slightly more polish and a lot more VFX. This shifted my focus towards a new milestone for polishing the gameplay and visuals.
